TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment is made after you have received an offer created based on your booking query, where all the necessary payment information, as well as the services you are paying for, will be listed. Everything you need will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided in the booking questionnaire, and after the payment is made we will send you the invoice to the same e-mail address.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
By visiting and using backpack.hr website you accept electronic communication. By doing so, you agree that all contracts, agreements, notices, announcement and other content submitted to you electronically comply with legal frameworks as if they were made in writing.
If a visitor or user does not have an e-mail address, or provides an incorrect e-mail address, or cannot receive e-mails due to technical reasons, Backpack is not obligated to try and inform the user about the booking itself or about any other details regarding the booking, payment, refunds, complaints and similar.
PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Croatian Kuna for the final customer and include only what is written under Included. Since there is a possibility of additional services, these will be charged to you if you decide on them and these additional services will be shown in the total price you get in the offer and listed as Additional.
Payment can be made in three ways:
- BANK TRANSFER – a simple payment you make from your account to our account via Internet banking or another type of payment, using specified information deliverd to you via e-mail.
- BANK CARDS – online payment by credit or debit card, according to the terms and conditions of the credit card companies, and the payment is made upon receipt of the offer and the link leading you to the secure interface of the HT PayWay service.
- CASH & CARDS – a simple payment you make at the start of a day trip, you can pay in cash or via debit cards.
All payments will be made in Croatian Kunas. In case you are paying with a foreign credit card, the currency change will be calculated according to your credit card provider’s rate.
PAYMENTS SECURITY STATEMENT
HT PayWay applies state-of-the-art data protection standards – SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol with a 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centers is carried out on a private network, which is protected from an unauthorized access with a double layer of firewalls.

FINAL PROVISIONS:
By accepting these Terms of Payment the buyer agrees to the provisions of these Terms and accepts that they form an integral part of the contract.
By confirming the booking, the buyer confirms that they have read the General Terms and Conditions, agree with them and that they are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement.
